Statistics aggregate your scans into trends: how valid your verifications are, where they happen, and which products draw the most genuine and the most suspicious activity. A date-range control at the top re-scopes every number on the page.
Overall
The summary at /dashboard/statistics/general:
- Success rate: valid, invalid, and total scan counts.
- Accuracy: how scans were located, either country only (from the network) or precise (from the device’s location).
- Verifications trend: scan volume over the selected range.
- Platforms and browsers: what your customers scan with.
- Top countries: where scans come from.
By country
/dashboard/statistics/country shades a world map by how valid each country’s scans are, with a ranked list breaking every country into scanned, invalid, and valid counts. A cluster of invalid scans in one region is worth a closer look.
To open a single country directly, go to
/dashboard/statistics/country/<code>, where <code> is that country’s
two-letter ISO code. For example, use
/dashboard/statistics/country/AT for Austria,
/dashboard/statistics/country/US for the United States, or
/dashboard/statistics/country/KR for South Korea.
By product
/dashboard/statistics/product puts two rankings side by side, top valid verifications and top invalid verifications, so you can see which products are performing and which are attracting counterfeits.
