The verification page is what a customer sees the instant they tap your product. This is where you brand it and decide how much it asks of them, all under Settings → Verification.
Behaviour
- One-step verification (not recommended): show product information on the first tap, with authenticity on a separate tab. Simpler for customers, but it drops the second-tap liveness proof. See security model.
- Location requirement: how the page asks for the customer’s location. Optional asks when the page opens and shows the result either way. Delayed asks only when the customer opens the Authenticity tab. Required holds the result until the customer shares a location; customers who refuse see a prompt to allow it and no result. This applies to your own page through verify-js too, from version 0.3 of the client.
- TAGBASE Agent: let customers ask questions and get answers drawn from your official documents and verified product data, right on the page.
Branding
- Add social media links: link your Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook profiles.
- The logo shown in the page header is your team logo, uploaded under Settings → Team. A square image works best.
Custom domain
- Use your own verification domain: serve
the page from a subdomain you own instead of
verify.tagbase.io. See custom domain for the full walk-through.
