The verification page is what a customer sees the instant they tap your product. This is where you brand it and decide how much it asks of them, all under Settings → Verification.
Behaviour
- One-step verification (not recommended): show product information on the first tap, with authenticity on a separate tab. Simpler for customers, but it drops the second-tap liveness proof. See security model.
- Delayed location request: only ask for location when the customer opens the Authenticity tab, instead of on load. Less friction up front.
- TAGBASE Agent: let customers ask questions and get answers drawn from your official documents and verified product data, right on the page.
Branding
- Upload your logo: shown in the page header. A square image works best.
- Add social media links: link your Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook profiles.
