Your account is separate from any team. Your name, email, password, and two-factor settings follow you across every team you belong to, and they all live under Settings → Personal.
Tasks
- Change your password: update it in the password form on the page.
- Enable two-factor authentication: in the two-factor section. It adds a six-digit code from an app like Google Authenticator or 1Password on top of your password. Recommended.
- Regenerate recovery codes: in the two-factor section. Keep these somewhere safe; they let you sign in if you lose your authenticator.
- Change your email: you confirm the change from a link sent to the new address. Until confirmed, your email shows as unverified, with an option to resend the instructions.
- Update your name.
- Sign out.
If you’re locked out
- Forgot your password: request a reset and you’ll get a link to set a new one.
- Lost your authenticator: sign in with a recovery code instead.
